1Active-duty military personnel and their spouses, members of the Selected Reserves and National Guard, and some dependent children of active-duty military personnel are eligible for military tuition rates. Commissioned corps members of the U.S. Public Health Service and the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration and their spouses and some dependent children are also included under the military rate. In addition, honorably discharged veterans who reside in or are domiciled in Maryland are eligible for the Maryland resident tuition rate. Please see IV.
