    • Reduced undergraduate military tuition: Eligible military personnel and their families pay a lower rate, regardless of where they live.
    • Discounted tuition for federal employees: Federal employees and their spouses and dependents receive a 25 percent discount off of out-of-state tuition for most programs.1
    • Scholarship for community college graduates: Eligible Maryland community college graduates can earn a bachelor's degree for $12,000 or less.

The tuition for students who meet the criteria for Maryland residency will be the applicable in-state rate. Tuition for active-duty military and their spouses will be the applicable military rate.
